On Thursday, September 17, 2026, OceanPact Serviços Marítimos (OPCT3) reported that it received a letter from Dynamo Administração de Recursos and Dynamo Internacional Gestão de Recursos stating that funds under their management now jointly hold 4.51% of the company’s common shares, equivalent to 21,384,052 shares. The change is the result of the issuance of new shares as part of the merger of CBO Holding S.A. into OceanPact.

According to Dynamo, the stake is for investment purposes, with no intention of changing OceanPact’s control structure or management structure and with no target for a specific ownership percentage. The asset manager also reported that vehicles under its management do not hold other securities referenced to these shares and have not entered into agreements regarding voting rights or the purchase and sale of the company’s securities.
