Vinci Capital Partners II H – Fundo de Investimento em Participações (Vinci Partners FIP) reached, in 2026, an ownership stake of approximately 21.85% in the common shares of OceanPact Serviços Marítimos (OPCT3), and now holds 103,670,626 shares of the company.
According to the notice, the new stake results from the subscription of shares issued by OceanPact as part of the business combination with CBO Holding S.A., provided for in an agreement executed on February 27, 2026, and approved at an extraordinary general meeting on March 30, 2026.
All shares held by Vinci Partners FIP are bound by a shareholders’ agreement entered into on February 27, 2026, under which the fund will join, for 2 years and as long as it maintains a minimum stake, OceanPact’s shared controlling block. The fund also states that it does not hold any other securities or derivatives linked to the company’s shares.
