Of this total, 3,692,721 shares correspond to the cash position, 7,290,440 shares arise from stock lending (borrowed position), and 24,000,000 shares refer to physically settled derivatives in a long position. The Goldman entities also hold OTC ISDA derivatives with cash settlement only, in a long position, equivalent to 9,851,478 preferred shares, or 1.23%.

According to the document, this is a minority investment that does not involve any change in the composition of the shareholding control or any alteration in Marcopolo’s management structure. The Goldman entities also report that, at this time, they do not intend to acquire additional shares of the company.
