Americanas (AMER3), which is under court-supervised reorganization, reported that on September 9, 2026, public notices for the judicial sale of the Company’s properties in Rio de Janeiro were published in the National Electronic Justice Journal. The assets are located in the neighborhoods of Laranjeiras, Tijuca and Freguesia do Engenho Velho and will be sold through competitive processes with sealed bids, at a hearing scheduled for October 22, 2026, at 2 p.m.
According to the statement, Supermundi Empreendimentos e Participações Ltda. submitted a binding offer to acquire the Laranjeiras property, with a base price of R$ 95,000,000.00, while Antilhas Real Estate Investment Fund – FII, represented by its manager Monetar Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários Ltda., submitted a binding offer to acquire the properties in Tijuca and Freguesia do Engenho Velho, with a base price of R$ 34,920,000.00.
The sale of the properties will generate a minimum of R$ 129,920,000.00 for Americanas, an amount that may increase depending on the outcome of the competitive processes. According to the Company, the funds will help strengthen liquidity and finance the transformation and growth plan.
Supermundi and Antilhas Fund, as the “stalking horse” bidders in their respective processes, will have the right, at their sole discretion, to match the best offer above the base prices that may be submitted, provided that the new bid is at least 1% higher than the value of the best offer.
The annexes to the public notices have been filed in the court-supervised reorganization proceedings and are available on Americanas’ Investor Relations website and in CVM’s Empresas.NET system. The Company states that it will keep shareholders and the market informed about the progress of the transaction.
