Rede D’Or São Luiz (RDOR3) announced in a market notice this Wednesday, September 16, 2026, that Atlântica D’Or, a joint venture between Rede D’Or itself and Atlântica, has completed the acquisition of real estate assets in the municipality of Jundiaí, in São Paulo, intended for the construction and future operation of a hospital.

According to the statement from Bradsaúde S.A., the indirect controlling shareholder of Atlântica, management of the future hospital unit will be under the responsibility of Rede D’Or. The current shareholder structure of the Atlântica D’Or partnership will be maintained, with a 50.01% stake for Rede D’Or and 49.99% for Atlântica.
