Bradsaúde S.A. (SAUD3) reported this Wednesday, September 16, 2026, that Atlântica Hospitais e Participações S.A. (“Atlântica”), a company indirectly controlled by Bradsaúde and focused on hospital investments, has completed the acquisition of certain real estate assets intended for the construction and future operation of a hospital in the municipality of Jundiaí, in the state of São Paulo, through the “Atlântica D’Or” partnership with Rede D’Or São Luiz S.A. (“Rede D’Or”). The new unit will be managed by Rede D’Or.

According to the statement, the existing ownership structure of the Atlântica D’Or partnership will be maintained, with a 50.01% stake for Rede D’Or and 49.99% for Atlântica. The company highlights that the transaction represents another organic growth initiative for the partnership.

Bradsaúde also stated that the transaction is aligned with Atlântica’s strategy of investing across the healthcare value chain through partnerships with leading operators. The release reinforces Bradsaúde’s commitment to developing assets considered to be of high quality and capable of generating sustainable long-term value.
