In the middle of Tuesday morning, the Ibovespa was trading up 0.25%, at 185,959.63 points. Among the highlights of the session, Taurus (TASA4) was up 3.98%, at R$ 6.80, while Paranapanema (PMAM3) was down 22.58%, quoted at R$ 0.48. Compared with the opening, when the index started the session up 0.26% and LAVV3 appeared among the main gainers, the Ibovespa maintained a similar change, but with a different set of individual standouts.
On the positive side, in addition to TASA4, Gafisa (GFSA3) was up 3.70%, trading at R$ 0.28. Braskem (BRKM5) advanced 3.34%, to R$ 5.26, while Qualicorp (QUAL3) was quoted at R$ 1.55, up 3.33%. SLC Agrícola (SLCE3) rounded out the list of the five biggest gainers at the moment, at R$ 17.86, with a 2.94% gain. These stocks ranked among the largest percentage increases on B3 in this session.
On the downside, the sharpest move was Paranapanema (PMAM3), which fell 22.58%, to R$ 0.48. Azevedo & Travassos Energia (AZTE3) dropped 8.07%, trading at R$ 1.48, while OranjeBTC (OBTC3) slipped 3.76%, to R$ 6.91. Azevedo & Travassos (AZEV4) was at R$ 1.34, down 3.60%, and Iochpe-Maxion (MYPK3) declined 3.54%, to R$ 9.53. These five stocks made up the largest negative moves in the intraday tracking of the session.
Compared with the first minutes of trading, when LAVV3 and MELK3 stood out briefly, the heat map now showed greater focus on TASA4 among the gainers and on PMAM3 among the losers, while still keeping the Ibovespa at a slightly positive level throughout the morning.
