SLC Agrícola (SLCE3) approved, at a board meeting held on September 11, 2026, the 1st issuance of rural product notes with financial settlement (CPR-F), in the total amount of R$ 515,480,000, with a unit face value of R$ 1,000, in a public offering targeting professional investors.
The issuance will be done in a single series, with 515,480 CPR-F, a 7-year term and maturity on September 15, 2033. The notes will pay 95.5000% of the accumulated variation of the DI Rate, with amortization of the face value in two equal installments, to be paid on September 15, 2031 and on the maturity date.
The CPR-F will have a bank guarantee issued by Banco Bradesco S.A., covering 100% of the outstanding balance, plus remuneration and other charges provided for in the issuance documents. The offering will be coordinated by Banco Bradesco BBI S.A., under a firm-commitment underwriting for the placement of all notes.
According to SLC Agrícola, the funds raised will be fully contracted in a swap transaction to US dollars, so that the transaction will reflect the variation of the dollar plus a spread of 6.15% per year. The funds will be allocated fully and exclusively to the company’s agribusiness-related activities, including production, commercialization, processing of agricultural products, working capital and related investments.
The minutes of the board meeting that approved the issuance, as well as additional information about SLC Agrícola’s CPR-F offering, will be made available on the company’s Investor Relations website and on the CVM website.
