The funds Brasil Investimentos 2015 I FIP Multiestratégia and Brasil Investimentos 2015 II FIP Multiestratégia reported that, after selling shares in secondary market transactions on the stock exchange, they jointly came to hold 23,917,000 common shares of Allied Tecnologia (ALLD3), equivalent to 24.9% of the company’s share capital in 2026.

According to the funds, the transaction is not intended to change the management structure of Allied Tecnologia S.A. The shares held by the investment vehicles in the company’s share capital are not subject to any shareholders’ agreements.
