In the preliminary operating results for the third quarter of 2026 (3Q26), released on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, Trisul (TRIS3) reported that Net Sales after Cancellations and Commission (% Trisul) totaled R$ 413.1 million in the period, an increase of 0.9% compared to 3Q25. In the year to September 2026 (9M26), Net Sales after Cancellations and Commission (% Trisul) came to R$ 1,270.973 million, growth of 29.0% versus the same period in 2025.
Gross Net Sales after Commission (% Trisul) reached R$ 466.7 million in 3Q26, up 2.4% year over year. In 9M26, these sales totaled R$ 1,430.064 million, an increase of 28.5% versus 9M25. The number of units sold came to 875 in the quarter, 43.0% above 3Q25, and 2,440 units in the year to date, an advance of 40.2% versus 9M25. The quarterly sales velocity (VSO), measured in Gross Sales Value (VGV) and considering inventory net of commission, was 11.2%.
In 3Q26, Trisul launched four projects. In the Minha Casa Minha Vida segment, it launched Elev Ipiranga – Phase 2 and Elev Saúde, totaling 1,065 units and VGV (% Trisul) of R$ 369 million. In the compact segment, it launched Spot Paraíso, with 136 units and VGV (% Trisul) of R$ 25 million, and in the high-end segment the Eterno Alma Brasileira project, with 56 units and VGV (% Trisul) of R$ 244 million. Together, the quarter’s launches reached VGV (% Trisul) of R$ 638.110 million and 1,257 units.
Also in the quarter, the company delivered Side Sacomã and part of Vila Verde Sabará – Phase 4 (76 of the 228 units), both in the affordable segment, totaling VGV (% Trisul) of R$ 241 million and 680 units. On September 30, 2026, Trisul’s inventory totaled R$ 3.3 billion in VGV (% Trisul), of which R$ 265 million in completed units, equivalent to 8.1% of the total.
On September 30, 2026, Trisul’s total landbank reached R$ 6.5 billion in VGV, considering on-balance and off-balance-sheet land, with 64% in the Minha Casa Minha Vida (MCMV) segment and 36% in the Mid/High-End (MAP) segment. The company also reported that the full 3Q26 results release is scheduled for November 12, 2026, after market close.
