In the second quarter of 2026, Azevedo & Travassos Energia (AZTE3) reported total production of 9,705 barrels of oil equivalent (boe) from assets belonging to Phoenix and Azevedo & Travassos Petróleo (ATP). Of this volume, 4,772 boe came from the Periquito Cluster and 4,933 boe from the Barrinha and Porto Carão Clusters.
During the period, the company continued maintenance and well intervention activities in the assets in its portfolio. After the completion of improvement and adjustment works carried out by Brava Energia at the Barrinha and Porto Carão Clusters, the ANP authorized the resumption of production at the Serraria field, allowing the reactivation of 3 wells and an increase in production.
With the release of part of the areas by Brava, ATP continued work to adapt the fiscal metering systems and produced water injection at the Serraria, Pintassilgo, Lagoa Aroeira and Porto Carão fields, which remain underway according to schedule.
Among the planned investments, the company highlights the revitalization of mature fields, with upgrades and expansions of facilities, reactivation of wells, new drilling and water injection for secondary recovery. The plan also includes production and treatment infrastructure projects, growth and capital allocation to expand production and operational safety, development of fields with new wells in Concriz, Periquito and Tanatau, reactivation of more than 55 wells in the Barrinha and Porto Carão Clusters using a workover rig, and drilling of an exploratory well in block POT-T-610.
The company also details the merger of Andorinha Energia, which includes 100% of the concession contract for the Andorinha Field, 100% of six exploratory blocks in the Potiguar basin, and PVE’s full interest in the contract with Brava for the acquisition of 12 oil production fields in the Porto Carão and Barrinha Clusters. The concessions total estimated volumes of 5.55 million barrels of oil in place in the Andorinha Field, 527 thousand barrels of proved and certified 1P reserves, as well as 124.87 million barrels of oil in place and up to 4.11 million barrels of oil in proved + probable 2P reserves in the Porto Carão and Barrinha Clusters.
