Banco BTG Pactual (BPAC11) posted adjusted net income of R$ 5,142.4 million and total revenue of R$ 10,371.2 million in the second quarter of 2026, with an annualized adjusted return on average equity (annualized ROAE) of 26.7%. As of June 30, 2026, total assets amounted to R$ 925.2 billion and the Basel ratio stood at 16.0%.
Compared with 2Q25, total adjusted revenue grew 15.9% from R$ 8,951 million, while adjusted net income increased from R$ 4,194 million in the previous year. In the first half of 2026, revenue reached R$ 20,338.9 million, up 24.2% in 12 months, and adjusted net income came to R$ 9,950.5 million, an increase of 31.4% versus 1H25.
By business line in 2Q26, Corporate Lending & Business Banking generated revenue of R$ 2,500.0 million, growth of 18.7% in 12 months, with a loan portfolio of R$ 288.5 billion. Sales & Trading totaled R$ 1,858.4 million, down 2.9% year over year, and Asset Management posted R$ 793.5 million, an increase of 27.2% on the same basis, with AuM/AuA of R$ 1,361.2 billion. Wealth Management & Personal Banking recorded revenue of R$ 1,447.5 million, up 16.8% year over year, with WUM of R$ 1,314.1 billion, while Consumer Finance & Banking reached R$ 1,545.7 million, growth of 73.7% compared with 2Q25 and a loan portfolio of R$ 78.2 billion.
Operating expenses totaled R$ 4,281.5 million in 2Q26, an increase of 13.1% versus 2Q25, with bonuses at R$ 1,001.4 million, salaries and benefits at R$ 1,019.0 million, and administrative and other expenses at R$ 1,235.5 million. Goodwill amortization amounted to R$ 438.7 million and tax expenses, excluding income tax, reached R$ 586.9 million; the adjusted efficiency ratio was 37.1% and the compensation ratio was 19.5% in the quarter.
Book net income in 2Q26 was R$ 4,901.1 million, compared with R$ 4,009.0 million in 2Q25, and shareholders’ equity reached R$ 79,553 million at the end of June 2026. In the period, the bank also concluded its partnership with MeuTudo, starting to recognize 48% proportionally in revenue and in the loan portfolio, and on July 10, 2026, it completed the acquisition of HSBC’s operations in Uruguay, expanding its presence in Latin America.
