Banco Bradesco S.A. reported that, on August 18, 2026, it increased its relevant stake in common shares of Brava Energia (BRAV3), coming to hold 56,598,799 shares, which corresponds to approximately 12.18% of the company’s share capital on that date.

According to the communication sent to Brava Energia, Bradesco’s previous position was 27,798,799 common BRAV3 shares, equivalent to 5.99% of the share capital. After the return of shares via BTC (B3’s stock lending system), the stake increased to 56,598,799 shares, or 12.18%.

Bradesco explained that the increase in its stake results from the return of the shares after the maturity of stock lending operations (share lending), in which it acted as lender, carried out within the BTC system on August 17 and 18, 2026, which had resulted in the temporary transfer of ownership of these shares.

The bank also stated that it does not intend to change the control structure or management structure of Brava Energia, and that this is a strictly financial transaction, carried out in the normal course of its business. It also reported that it has not entered into and does not take part in any agreement or contract governing the exercise of voting rights or the purchase and sale of securities issued by the company.

In the same communication, Bradesco stated that it does not hold any other securities issued by Brava Energia, including convertible debentures and derivative financial instruments referenced to the company’s shares.
