On Thursday, August 6, 2026, Bradsaúde (SAUD3) reported net income of R$ 1.1 bn in 2Q26, an increase of 25% compared to 2Q25, when it totaled R$ 889 mn. In 6M26, net income came to R$ 2.4 bn, up 28% versus R$ 1.9 bn in 6M25.
The company’s total revenue, which includes medical-hospital and dental plans and services related to the operation, reached R$ 13.9 bn in 2Q26, an increase of 10.8% over the R$ 12.5 bn recorded in 2Q25. In 6M26, revenue reached R$ 27.3 bn, growth of 10% compared to the R$ 24.8 bn in 6M25.
The consolidated loss ratio stood at 83.8% in 2Q26, 1.7 percentage points above the 82.2% posted a year earlier, while for the half year it remained practically stable at 81.4% versus 81.5% in 6M25. The net margin reached 8.1% in the quarter and 9% in the half year, expanding 0.9 p.p. and 1.1 p.p., respectively, driven by higher financial margin and lower other operating expenses.
Financial results totaled R$ 930 mn in 2Q26, an increase of 28.5% over the R$ 724 mn in 2Q25, and reached R$ 1.8 bn in 6M26, up 18.2% versus 6M25. Bradsaúde’s financial assets reached R$ 29.6 bn at the end of June 2026, growth of 8.7% in 12 months.
Operationally, Bradsaúde ended 2Q26 with 13.6 million beneficiaries, 4.1 million in health plans and 9.5 million in dental plans, after net additions of 229 thousand lives in the quarter (99 thousand in health and 130 thousand in dental) and 855 thousand in 12 months. Atlântica Hospitais, the group’s hospital platform, reported net income of R$ 64 mn in 2Q26, an annual increase of 312%, raising its share in consolidated profit from 2% to 6%.
