Oncoclínicas (ONCO3) reported on Monday, August 3, 2026, that its subsidiary Navarra RJ Serviços Oncológicos S.A. entered into, on July 31, 2026, an agreement totaling R$ 90,000,000 with Unimed São Gonçalo Niterói – Sociedade Cooperativa de Serviços Médicos e Hospitalares Ltda., operator of the Unimed Leste Fluminense brand. The purpose of the agreement is to terminate Enforcement of Extrajudicial Instrument No. 3008010-63.2026.8.19.0002, pending before the 5th Civil Court of the District of Niterói (RJ).
According to the notice, the enforcement had been filed by Navarra on June 1, 2026 due to the non-payment of installments set out in debt confession instruments executed between the parties, in the amount of R$ 159,175,614.60. The agreement entered into will still be submitted for court approval.
