On Wednesday, August 5, 2026, RaiaDrogasil (RADL3) reported adjusted net income of R$ 432.7 million in the second quarter of 2026, with a margin of 3.4%. Adjusted profit excluding the 4Bio operation was R$ 424.4 million, with a margin of 3.3%. The effective income tax rate in the period was 21.8%, considering the effects of the taxation of investment subsidies under Law 14,789/2023.

In 2Q26, gross revenue reached R$ 12.8 billion, an increase of 18.3% compared to 2Q25, with same-store sales growth of 10.9%, 8.1 percentage points above CMED’s annual price adjustment. Gross profit totaled R$ 3,696.1 million, with a margin of 28.9%, slightly below the 29.0% recorded a year earlier.

Adjusted EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization) was R$ 1,017.3 million, an increase of 17.9% versus 2Q25, with a stable margin of 8.0%. Income before income tax (adjusted LAIR) reached R$ 542.7 million, up 33.4% year over year, with a margin of 4.2%, after adjusted financial expenses of R$ 197.3 million, equivalent to 1.5% of gross revenue.

The company reported free cash flow of R$ 550 million in the quarter, while total cash generation, including the effects of 4Bio, came to R$ 1,189.7 million. Adjusted net debt closed 2Q26 at R$ 2,999.6 million, representing financial leverage of 0.8x adjusted EBITDA for the last 12 months, a reduction of 0.5x compared to the same period of the previous year.

Operationally, RaiaDrogasil had 3,687 pharmacies in operation at the end of 2Q26, with 76 openings and three closures in 12 months, serving 53 million active customers in the 12-month period and 119 million tickets in the quarter, with an NPS of 91. Digital sales totaled R$ 3.9 billion, growth of 55.2% over 2Q25 and a 31.0% share of retail sales, with 94% of sales occurring through proprietary channels and 96% of orders delivered within 60 minutes.
