Usinas Siderúrgicas de Minas Gerais – Usiminas (USIM5) reported in a material fact on Thursday, July 30, 2026, that it has revised its projection for total investments (CAPEX, capital expenditures in assets and projects) for 2026, and now estimates an amount between R$ 1.2 bn and R$ 1.4 bn.

According to the company, the projections reflect the management’s current expectations and may differ from the figures that will actually be recorded in 2026, as they depend on market factors and conditions beyond Usiminas’ control.

The company also highlighted that this investment projection will be included in section 3 of its Reference Form, available on the websites of the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) and Usiminas itself within the regulatory deadline.
