Odontoprev (SAUD3) reported net income of R$ 116 m in the second quarter of 2026 (2Q26), a decline of 20.8% compared to net income of R$ 146 m in 2Q25. In the first half of 2026, profit totaled R$ 266 m, a 14.9% decrease versus the R$ 313 m recorded in the same period of 2025.

Odontoprev’s net revenue reached R$ 635 m in 2Q26, up 5.6% from R$ 602 m in 2Q25. For the half-year, revenue came to R$ 1.255 bn, growth of 5.2% compared with the R$ 1.192 bn in the first six months of 2025. On a last-12-month basis through June 2026, revenue was R$ 2.452 bn, above the R$ 2.390 bn in the previous period.

Odontoprev’s loss ratio (the percentage of revenue used to cover healthcare expenses) was 37.5% of revenue in 2Q26, an increase of 0.8 percentage point compared to 36.7% in 2Q25. In the first half of 2026, the loss ratio was 35.1%, 1.1 percentage point below the 36.2% seen in the same period of 2025. In the last 12 months through June 2026, the ratio reached 38.3%, versus 38.9% in calendar year 2025.

In terms of customer base, Odontoprev ended June 2026 with 9.535 million beneficiaries, compared with 8.981 million in June 2025. Over 12 months, there was a net addition of 553 thousand lives, 130 thousand of which between March and June 2026 alone. Of the total, 6.750 million belong to the corporate segment, 1.894 million to the small and mid-sized companies (SME) segment, and 890 thousand to the individual segment.

On an annual results basis, Odontoprev reported net income of R$ 505 m in the 12 months ended June 2026, versus R$ 550 m in 2025, R$ 534 m in 2024 and R$ 537 m in 2023. In 2022, profit had totaled R$ 452 m.
