Dimed (PNVL3) reported adjusted net income of R$ 38.9 million in the second quarter of 2026 (2Q26), up 39.1% compared to 2Q25. In the period, the group’s consolidated gross revenue totaled R$ 1.635 billion and adjusted EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) reached R$ 88.5 million, with a margin of 5.4% of gross revenue.

In retail, gross revenue reached R$ 1.631 billion in 2Q26, growth of 15.8% over the same quarter of 2025. Same-store sales rose 13.5% and mature stores grew 11.4%, above the 4.64% inflation measured by the IPCA in the period. Retail gross profit was R$ 491.3 million, with a margin of 30.1%.

Retail EBITDA totaled R$ 185.9 million in 2Q26, with a margin of 11.4% on retail gross revenue, versus 11.2% in 2Q25. The company ended the quarter with net debt equivalent to 0.9x EBITDA for the last 12 months and an average cost of debt of CDI minus 1.4%, maintaining low leverage.

In the half-year, retail gross revenue totaled R$ 3.186 billion, an increase of 15.4% compared to the first half of 2025. Adjusted EBITDA for the six-month period was R$ 169.8 million, up 26.1%, while adjusted net income came to R$ 77.5 million, growth of 38.7% on the same comparison basis.

The digital channel accounted for 33.7% of retail gross revenue in 2Q26, an increase of 9.3 percentage points compared to 2Q25 and growth of 59.8% in digital sales. The Panvel app accounted for 63.4% of digital revenue, with a 155.9% increase in sales compared to 2Q25.
