EZTEC (EZTC3) announced on Thursday, August 6, 2026, the launch of the Cidade Parque Guarapiranga – Condomínio Atlântica development, in partnership with Cury, with a General Sales Value (VGV) of R$ 264.5 million, in the affordable housing segment, and a 50% stake for each company. The project is located in the Guarapiranga region, in the south side of São Paulo, close to Avenida Atlântica and the Guarapiranga Ecological Park.
The development will feature 1,632 residential units, totaling 62,361 m² of private area. The apartments will have 1 or 2 bedrooms, with private areas ranging from 27 m² to 48 m², options for balconies and parking spaces, as well as a full amenities area focused on comfort and everyday convenience.
According to the announcement, this is the second project in the Cidade Parque Guarapiranga complex. The company highlights the location’s easy access to business hubs, shopping centers and urban mobility stations in the region.
With 47 years of operations, Eztec S.A. reports that it has already launched 199 developments, totaling more than 5.8 million square meters of built and under-construction area and 50,553 units. The company’s shares are traded on the Novo Mercado segment of B3 under the ticker EZTC3.
