Motiva Infraestrutura de Mobilidade (MOTV3) reported that on August 3, 2026, after the close of trading, it received a letter from shareholders Opper Investimentos, Dois Vales and Sou Investimentos, which form Grupo Soares Penido, as well as from Votorantim and Itaúsa, expressing their intention to renew the company’s shareholders’ agreement, under the terms of clause 8.1 of the current document.
According to the letter, sent on July 31, 2026 to shareholders Sucea Participações and Sincro Participações, which are under court-supervised reorganization and form Grupo Mover, the renewal notice refers to the Private Instrument of Third Amendment and Consolidation of the Shareholders’ Agreement executed on October 22, 2025, in which Motiva is an intervening party.
Motiva also stated that it will keep its shareholders and the market informed about developments related to the possible renewal of the shareholders’ agreement.
