On Thursday, July 30, 2026, EcoRodovias (ECOR3) reported recurring net income of R$ 52.9 million in the second quarter of 2026 (2Q26), a 74.1% decline compared with 2Q25. According to the company, the result was affected by the end of the Ecovias Sul concession contract in March 2026 and by higher financial income in a scenario of inflation measured by the IPCA.

In 2Q26, adjusted net revenue, which excludes construction revenue, totaled R$ 1.84 billion, up 1% from the same period in 2025, while adjusted EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) reached R$ 1.35 billion, down 1.1%, with a margin of 73.4%. Excluding Ecovias Sul, comparable adjusted EBITDA was R$ 1.36 billion, an increase of 9% on the same basis of comparison.

Consolidated traffic of paying equivalent vehicles fell 0.4% in 2Q26, but comparable traffic, which excludes Ecovias Noroeste Paulista, Ecovias Raposo Castello and Ecovias Sul, rose 3.2%. Adjusted gross revenue reached R$ 2.06 billion, an increase of 1.1%, supported by toll rate adjustments, and comparable gross revenue ex-Ecovias Sul grew 9.7%.

In the half-year, EcoRodovias posted recurring net income of R$ 43.1 million in the first half of 2026 (1H26), down 87.7% from 1H25. Adjusted net revenue in 1H26 was R$ 3.65 billion, up 4.6%, and adjusted EBITDA totaled R$ 2.75 billion, up 5.2%, with a margin of 75.5%; comparable adjusted EBITDA, excluding Ecovias Sul, increased 12.9%.

EcoRodovias’ consolidated net debt came to R$ 23.48 billion in June 2026, up 18.9% compared with June 2025, and leverage reached 4.1x net debt/adjusted EBITDA in the last 12 months, 0.2x higher than a year earlier. In the period, capex was R$ 1.55 billion in 2Q26 and R$ 2.52 billion in 1H26, aimed mainly at expanding capacity and improvements in the highway concessions.
