Up to the second quarter of 2026 (2Q26), the performance of the Consumer Goods business was presented together with the Paper & Packaging segment. With the evolution of the reporting structure resulting from the creation of Arbex, after the completion of the transaction announced on July 1, 2026, the Consumer Goods business will be presented separately in the quarterly materials, including operations in Brazil and in international markets.

The reported results will also start to reflect a new methodology for measuring the cost of pulp consumed by the Consumer Goods unit for segment reporting purposes. To maintain comparability, the periods from 1Q25 to 2Q26 will be restated on a pro forma basis, already reflecting this new methodology and Arbex’s economic performance. According to the company, these changes affect only the supplemental segmented information, with no impact on the previously disclosed consolidated results.

Suzano also reported that it has made available on its Investor Relations website, in the “Financial Information – Other Documents” section, an illustrative presentation of the new segmented information format and a spreadsheet with the pro forma breakdown of quarterly results by operating segment from 1Q25 to 2Q26. The announcement emphasizes that the changes do not constitute guidance, performance estimates, guidance updates, or early disclosure of results.
