Ambev (ABEV3) approved at the board of directors’ meeting held on July 29, 2026 the payment date of the third and final installment of interest on equity (JCP, Juros sobre Capital Próprio) related to the meeting of December 9, 2025, as well as the distribution of new JCP based on the extraordinary balance sheet as of June 30, 2026.
The third installment of the December 2025 JCP will be paid on October 6, 2026, in the gross amount of R$ 0.1185 per share, corresponding to an estimated net amount of R$ 0.1007 per share, after withholding income tax at source (IRRF), totaling approximately R$ 1.6 billion net. The record dates of December 18, 2025 on B3 and December 22, 2025 on the NYSE remain unchanged, with shares and ADRs traded ex-JCP since December 19, 2025.
The board also approved the distribution of JCP based on the profit for the year and the available balances recorded in the extraordinary balance sheet as of June 30, 2026, in the gross amount of R$ 0.0713 per share, totaling approximately R$ 1.1 billion gross, referred to as July 2026 JCP. This distribution will be imputed to the mandatory minimum dividend for 2026 and, after withholding the applicable IRRF, will result in an estimated net amount of R$ 0.0588 per share.
Payment of the July 2026 JCP will be made by December 31, 2026, based on the shareholder position as of September 21, 2026 on B3 and September 23, 2026 on the NYSE, without monetary adjustment. Shares and ADRs will start trading ex-JCP as of September 22, 2026, and the exact payment date will still be defined at a new meeting of the board of directors.
Ambev shareholders who have already provided bank account details will have the credits posted to the indicated checking account, while the others will receive a notice from Banco Bradesco, the depositary institution, with instructions for processing the credit. Holders of shares in fiduciary custody will receive payment in accordance with B3’s procedures, and non-resident shareholders who request a differentiated IRRF regime on the July 2026 JCP must send documentation by September 25, 2026 to the company’s Investor Relations channel.
