TIM S.A. (TIMS3) reported this Monday, July 27, 2026, that the board of directors has approved 2026 capital injections into its wholly owned subsidiaries I-Systems Soluções de Infraestrutura S.A. and V8 Consulting S.A. (V8 Tech), of up to R$ 600 million and up to R$ 70 million, respectively, through capital contributions funded with the company’s cash on hand.

According to TIM, the main purpose of the injections is to enable the early repayment of financial obligations of these subsidiaries, helping optimize the capital structure and financial costs of the TIM group in Brazil.

The company stressed that the transaction does not involve the issuance of new TIM shares, does not change the parent company’s capital stock, and does not affect the company’s equity interest in subsidiaries I-Systems and V8 Tech.
