Oncoclínicas do Brasil Serviços Médicos S.A. (ONCO3) reported this Tuesday, September 22, 2026, that its wholly owned subsidiary Idengene Medicina Diagnóstica, S.A. completed the sale of all of its stake in the Spanish company Medica Scientia Innovation Research, S.L. (Medsir) to MAJ 3 Capital SL, which now holds 100% of the company’s share capital. The transaction was carried out for €1.00 and is part of the company’s decision to divest from non-core assets.
According to the statement, the transaction also included the termination of the arbitration requested by MAJ 3 and entails the cessation of Idengene’s and Oncoclínicas’ obligations to make future payments that could have reached a total of €52 million. The agreement also provides for the receipt of a partial repayment of a convertible loan in the amount of €350 thousand, which will be used for the purchase of medicines.
Oncoclínicas stated that it will keep its shareholders and the market informed about any relevant developments related to the transaction, in accordance with applicable regulations.
