Banco BTG Pactual now holds 253,750,991 common shares of Viveo (VVEO3), equivalent to approximately 19.83% of the company's total common shares, excluding treasury shares. The stake results from the capital increase approved by the Board of Directors on October 30, 2026, and announced to the market on November 6, 2026.

According to BTG Pactual, the shares were subscribed during the preemptive rights exercise period and in the subscription of leftover shares. Payment was made upfront, in Brazilian currency, and through the capitalization of credits from simple debentures (debt securities), not convertible into shares, issued by Viveo and held by the bank.

The bank stated that the stake is strictly for investment purposes. There is no intention to change the control or the administrative structure of Viveo, nor to reach a specific ownership stake. BTG Pactual also declared that it is not a party to a shareholders' agreement or any other contract in force that regulates voting rights or the purchase and sale of the company's securities.
