Oncoclínicas (ONCO3) suspended the extraordinary general meeting scheduled for this Friday, November 6, 2026, at 10 a.m., in compliance with a decision by the 3rd Business and Arbitration Conflicts Court of São Paulo. The injunction (pre-arbitration precautionary relief) was requested by Josephina III Fundo de Investimentos em Participações against the company.
The decision also suspends the effects of the notice-of-meeting acts carried out on October 6, 2026. The suspension remains in effect until a new meeting is called, following prior collegiate deliberation by the board of directors, or until a new decision by the competent arbitral tribunal.
As a result of the decision, Oncoclínicas canceled the link created for voting, which is no longer available. The case is under seal, and the company stated that the content of the notice was also disclosed in a Material Fact on this date.
