OceanPact Serviços Marítimos (OPCT3) reported on Monday, September 21, 2026, that the credit rating agency Moody’s Local BR has assigned the company an A+.br issuer rating, with a positive outlook.

According to Moody’s, the rating reflects the completion of the business combination with CBO Holding S.A., originally announced in February 2026. According to the agency, the transaction strengthens OceanPact’s business profile by expanding its operating scale and competitive position, making it the owner of the second-largest offshore support vessel fleet in Brazil and the second-largest Brazilian-flagged fleet, in addition to increasing revenue base diversification and balancing its portfolio across different vessel classes and services provided.

Moody’s full report is available on the Investor Relations websites of OceanPact, the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM), and B3.
