Fras-le Mobility (FRAS3) reported preliminary consolidated net revenue of R$ 457.4 million in August 2026, compared to R$ 468.5 million in August 2025, a decrease of 2.4%. In the year-to-date 2026 through August, consolidated net revenue totals R$ 3,574.8 million, a drop of 2.7% from the R$ 3,672.4 million recorded in the same period of 2025.
In July 2026, consolidated net revenue was R$ 482.6 million, versus R$ 512 million in July 2025, a decline of 5.7%. In the second quarter of 2026, the company reached revenue of R$ 1,384.7 million, an increase of 1.8% compared to the R$ 1,360.1 million in the second quarter of 2025.
In the first quarter of 2026, consolidated net revenue was R$ 1,250.2 million, down 6.1% from the R$ 1,331.7 million in the same period of 2025. The information disclosed is preliminary and unaudited.
As stated in a market announcement dated July 20, 2026, Fras-le Mobility will no longer disclose consolidated net revenue on a monthly basis as of 2027. The last announcement in this format will use November 2026 as the reference month.
