Mid-session this Wednesday, the Ibovespa was down 0.02%, at 186,463.85 points, in a scenario of diverging moves among stocks. On the positive side, Paranapanema (PMAM3) was up 38.46%, at R$ 0.54, while Braskem (BRKM5) posted the biggest drop at the moment, falling 12.92%, quoted at R$ 4.65.
Among the biggest gainers on B3 in this session, in addition to PMAM3, Armac (ARML3) was up 5.59%, trading at R$ 3.97, and Magazine Luiza (MGLU3) was gaining 5.39%, at R$ 5.87. Recrusul (RCSL4), which had already appeared among the standouts in earlier updates this session, maintained a positive performance and advanced 5.26%, to R$ 0.40. Next, Taurus (TASA4) was up 4.73%, at R$ 7.08.
On the losing side, after falling more than 13% earlier in the session, BRKM5 remained among the main decliners, now down 12.92%, at R$ 4.65. Gafisa (GFSA3) also appeared among the negative highlights, dropping 7.69%, to R$ 0.24. Azevedo & Travassos (AZEV3) retreated 6.68%, trading at R$ 7.40.
Rounding out the list of the five biggest losers at the time of the snapshot, OranjeBTC (OBTC3) was down 6.55%, at R$ 6.42, while OceanPact (OPCT3) fell 5.25%, to R$ 10.65. Thus, the session continued with the Ibovespa slightly lower and extremes marked by PMAM3 on the upside and BRKM5 on the downside.
