Companhia Brasileira de Distribuição - GPA (PCAR3) reported that, on September 10, 2026, Helene Esther Bitton resigned from her positions as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors and of its Financial Strategy Committee.

In the same market announcement, GPA highlighted that, pursuant to article 150 of Law No. 6,404/76, the election of Yann François Eugène Fourmy as a new member of the Board of Directors was approved, with a term unified with that of the other board members, to end at the next general shareholders’ meeting of the Company.
