As of 4:45 p.m. this Thursday (10), the Ibovespa was up 1.44% at 188,294.61 points, maintaining the bullish bias seen earlier. Among the standout stocks, Paranapanema (PMAM3) extended its positive move and jumped 85.37% to R$ 0.76, while Casas Bahia (BHIA3) remained among the top gainers of the day, trading at R$ 0.72, up 10.77%. On the opposite side, Recrusul (RCSL4) was down 7.14%, quoted at R$ 0.39.
Compared with earlier updates in this session, PMAM3 accelerated its gains: after rising 36.59% early in the afternoon and then posting a 60.98% increase, the stock now appears as the top gainer in the session, up 85.37% at R$ 0.76. BHIA3, which had already been among the highlights in previous reads with a 10.77% gain, remains steady at that percentage, still trading at R$ 0.72.
Other gainers included Camil Alimentos (CAML3), quoted at R$ 5.31, up 6.20%, and Braskem (BRKM5), also at R$ 5.31, up 5.99%. Assai (ASAI3) rounded out the list of the five biggest gainers, at R$ 9.72, up 5.65% versus the previous close.
Among the biggest losers, in addition to RCSL4, Azevedo & Travassos Energia (AZTE3) fell 6.36%, trading at R$ 1.62. Oncoclínicas (ONCO3) dropped 5.98% to R$ 1.10, after already appearing among the steepest decliners in an earlier update of this session. Gafisa (GFSA3), which had also figured among the losers earlier, slipped 4.76% to R$ 0.20. OranjeBTC (OBTC3) came next, down 4.01% at R$ 7.19.
