Construtora Tenda (TEND3) approved, at a board of directors’ meeting held on Friday, August 7, 2026, the distribution of interim dividends in the total amount of R$ 78,000,000, based on the accumulated net income for the current fiscal year as shown in the balance sheet as of June 30, 2026. The amount corresponds to R$ 0.636328732 per common share and represents 25% of the (ex-swap) profit for the first half of 2026.
The interim dividends will be paid to shareholders holding shares at the close of trading on B3 on August 13, 2026, the record date from which the shares will be traded ex-dividends as of August 14, 2026. The amounts will be credited against the mandatory minimum dividends for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026.
Payment will be made in local currency, in a single installment, on December 30, 2026, in accordance with the procedures of Itaú Unibanco S.A., the institution responsible for bookkeeping the company’s shares. There will be no monetary adjustment, update, or interest accrual between the declaration date and the effective payment date.
For shareholders whose registration does not contain a CPF or CNPJ number, or banking details (bank, branch, and checking account), the interim dividends will only be credited after the proper updating of their registration data, within the time limits set by Itaú Unibanco S.A.
