Grupo Mateus (GMAT3) opened a new cash-and-carry store on August 7, 2026, in the municipality of Cametá, in the state of Pará, continuing the company’s expansion plan. The store is Grupo Mateus’ first cash-and-carry operation in the city.

With a sales area of 3,849 m², the new unit strengthens Grupo Mateus’ presence in the North region. In 2026, the company expanded its operations with the opening of 12 new stores, reaching a total of 314 stores in operation in Brazil.
