OranjeBTC (OBTC3) completed, in the week between July 27 and August 2, 2026, the initial capital allocation cycle that began in May, with the purchase of 30 Bitcoin through its treasury. During the period, there were no sales or repurchases of common shares, which remain at 146,711,433 shares issued and outstanding outside the treasury.

The 30 Bitcoin acquired had an average price of R$ 337,353.20 per unit, equivalent to US$ 66,443.42, totaling an outlay of R$ 10,120,596 and US$ 1,993,302.74, with an average exchange rate of R$ 5.0773. With this transaction, the company came to hold 3,948 BTC in reserves, which represents 2,691 sats (satoshis, the smallest unit of Bitcoin) per share and 37,161 shares per Bitcoin.

According to the release, the allocation cycle originated from a debenture issuance with Itaú, completed in May. Given the financial settlement period over the following months and the risk of Bitcoin appreciation, the treasury structured a strategy using derivative instruments backed by part of the position to be acquired, with maturities spread over the following weeks and months.

Between May and August 2026, OranjeBTC acquired approximately 423 BTC, including the repurchase of the 200 BTC used in the early settlement of the 2nd convertible debenture, at an average price of around US$ 65.4 thousand per Bitcoin, approximately 4% below the asset’s average price in the period. In the same interval, the company also repurchased more than 8.5 million OBTC3 shares in on-exchange trades and in private off-exchange transactions.

The combination of direct Bitcoin purchases, hedging instruments and share buybacks made it possible to increase reserves and reduce the number of shares outstanding, ending the cycle with 3,948 BTC in treasury. This week’s purchase brought the weekly Gross BTC Yield to 0.77%, raising the 3Q26 Gross BTC Yield to 4.10%, the 2026 Gross BTC Yield to 17.46% and the cumulative Gross BTC Yield to 20.27%.
