Lavvi Empreendimentos Imobiliários S.A. (LAVV3) reported in a notice to the market this Friday, August 7, 2026, that on July 27, 2026 it received the resignation requests of Elie Horn from the position of chairman of the Board of Directors and of Miguel Mickelberg from the position of full member of the Board of Directors.

According to the company, Elie Horn and Miguel Mickelberg have served on the board since the IPO and believe that Lavvi has reached a high degree of operational and financial maturity, making it natural for the composition of the board to evolve as part of its institutional development and the continuous improvement of its corporate governance practices.

Lavvi clarified that the renewal of the composition of the Board of Directors does not change its control structure and that Cyrela Brazil Realty S.A. Empreendimentos e Participações remains the controlling shareholder, maintaining its support for the company’s development.

At a meeting held on August 4, 2026, the Board of Directors approved a new composition, to be submitted for ratification at a general shareholders’ meeting. The nomination of current board member Ovadia Horn to assume the chairmanship was approved, as well as the nomination of Ana Paula Patara Quintaes and Jean Horn to join the board as full members.

After ratification by the shareholders’ meeting, the Board of Directors will be composed of: Ovadia Horn (chairman), Ralph Horn (vice-chairman), Jean Horn (full member), Ana Paula Patara Quintaes (full member), Daniella Sasson (independent member) and Nessim Abadi (independent member).
