On Wednesday, August 5, 2026, Iochpe-Maxion (MYPK3) reported net income of R$ 86.9 million in the second quarter of 2026 (2Q26), equivalent to earnings per share of R$ 0.58001. In the same period, net operating revenue totaled R$ 4.012 billion, down 2.3% from 2Q25, mainly impacted by lower demand for commercial vehicles in Brazil and North America and by the appreciation of the real against the dollar, which reduced the conversion of foreign revenues by R$ 333.5 million.

Gross profit reached R$ 485.5 million in 2Q26, with a gross margin of 12.1%, below the 13.0% recorded a year earlier, mainly due to lower fixed-cost dilution given the drop in volumes, especially in commercial vehicles, and to the lag between changes in raw material costs and their passthrough to prices. EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) came to R$ 417.5 million, a 7.3% year-on-year decline, with a margin of 10.4%.

Operating expenses, including selling, general, administrative and management fees, totaled R$ 213.8 million in the quarter, down 12.4% from 2Q25, reflecting cost-control initiatives and the effect of the stronger real on expenses from international operations. Other operating income and expenses resulted in a gain of R$ 2.5 million, influenced by restructuring costs of R$ 5.3 million, an impairment loss of R$ 3.3 million on an associate and a R$ 20.1 million bargain purchase gain related to the acquisition of control of Polimetal.

Net financial result was a negative R$ 117.0 million, an improvement of 22.7% compared with 2Q25. Consolidated net debt at the end of June 2026 stood at R$ 3.685 billion, 0.9% lower than in March 2026 and 6.9% below December 2025, which led financial leverage to 2.52 times EBITDA for the last 12 months, compared with 2.38 times in 2Q25 and 2.65 times in 4Q25.

On June 30, 2026, Iochpe-Maxion’s consolidated shareholders’ equity totaled R$ 4.685 billion, with book value of R$ 30.48 per share, down 3.4% from December 2025. Common shares MYPK3 ended 2Q26 at R$ 9.02, a 1.3% decline in the quarter and 32.4% over 12 months, with average daily trading volume of R$ 11.0 million and an average of 3,739 trades per day on B3.
