On Wednesday, August 5, 2026, CPFL Energia (CPFE3) announced it will make the third payment of dividends approved at the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting held on April 29, 2026. This installment totals R$ 250,000,000.00 and amounts to R$ 0.216965968 (zero point two hundred sixteen million, nine hundred sixty-five thousand, nine hundred sixty-eight hundred-thousandths of a real) per share, with payment scheduled for August 21, 2026.
Shareholders who held the company’s shares on April 29, 2026, the date on which the ASM was held, will be entitled to these dividends. As of April 30, 2026, the shares have been traded on B3 S.A. – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão ("B3") on an “ex-dividend” basis, meaning without rights to this installment.
Investors with shares held in custody at Banco do Brasil, the institution responsible for bookkeeping CPFL Energia’s shares, will receive the credit directly into their checking accounts, according to the registration data kept with the bank. Amounts related to shares held in custody at B3 will be transferred to the custodian institutions, which will credit the respective shareholders.
The company also reported that the payment will be subject to the new income tax withholding rules, in effect since January 2026, in accordance with applicable legislation.
