Paranapanema (PMAM3), which is under court-supervised reorganization, approved on Monday, August 3, 2026, a capital increase of R$ 5,853,996.81 through a private subscription of shares, within the limit of the authorized capital. The transaction aimed to convert credits from certain creditors, within the scope of the 10th Capital Increase and Conversion Process provided for in the Judicial Reorganization Plan, and to capitalize credits not subject to the plan, at the request of the respective creditors.

With the increase, 9,596,720 new book-entry common shares with no par value were issued, raising the company’s share capital to R$ 2,359,359,519.65, divided into 306,794,953 book-entry common shares with no par value.

According to Paranapanema, the processes of converting and capitalizing credits into shares representing the share capital allowed for a reduction in indebtedness of R$ 5,814,798.82. The company stated that it will continue to disclose to the market any new developments related to the matter.
