In the past week (July 27–31, 2026), TTEN3, GFSA3 and PMAM3 led the biggest losses on B3, with declines of 22.57%, 20.59% and 20.00%, respectively. Três Tentos (TTEN3) filed clarifications with the CVM about meetings, while Gafisa (GFSA3) announced approval for the exercise of R$ 280 thousand in warrants and a reduction in Fator Capital’s stake to 5%. Paranapanema (PMAM3), in turn, reported a series of events, including negative EBITDA of R$ 31 million in 1Q26, a 2nd amendment to a settlement agreement, approval of up to R$ 110 million in convertible debentures and the subsequent cancellation of debentures.
Among the other losses in the ranking, CSNA3 retreated 15.24% and USIM5 dropped 14.52%. During the period, CSN (CSNA3) approved a bond exchange offer maturing in 2028, in addition to projecting EBITDA of R$ 5.4 billion, while Usiminas (USIM5) reported profit of R$ 428 million in 2Q26, announced CAPEX between R$ 1.2 billion and R$ 1.4 billion in 2026 and disclosed a target to cut emissions by 8% by 2030. In the telecommunications sector, TIMS3 fell 9.63% and VIVT3 declined 9.25%; TIM (TIMS3) reported profit of R$ 1.0 billion in 2Q26, a 7.8% increase in EBITDA-AL in 1H26 and approval of up to R$ 670 million in capital contributions to subsidiaries, while Telefônica Brasil (VIVT3) reported profit of R$ 2.8 billion in 1H26 and R$ 1.6 billion in 2Q26.
Also among the biggest losers were ENJU3, down 10.26%, DASA3, with an 8.42% drop, and SOJA3, which retreated 6.93% for the week.
