Lojas Renner (LREN3) announced, in a material fact notice released on November 5, 2026, the discontinuation of its annual Retail Net Operating Revenue (ROL) growth guidance for 2026 and for the 2027 to 2030 period. The decision stemmed from a macroeconomic environment of greater uncertainty, marked by significant regulatory changes affecting the sector.
The guidance had been released on December 8, 2025 and was revised, for 2026 only, on August 6, 2026.
The other guidance items in the Reference Form remain unchanged. Among them: a reduction of 2.5 to 3.5 percentage points in the ratio of operating expenses to Retail ROL in 2030 versus 2025; a Retail EBITDA margin (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization), pre-IFRS16, of 18% to 20% by 2030; and ROIC (return on invested capital) of about 20% by 2030.
Also maintained: financial services results equivalent to 8% to 12% of total adjusted EBITDA between 2026 and 2030; annual capex (investments) of 6% to 7.5% of Retail ROL over the same period; and annual profit distribution of 50% to 80%. For stores, the target is 570 to 600 Renner BR units and 260 to 290 Youcom units by 2030.
For 2026, Lojas Renner maintains fixed capital investment of R$ 1,050 million and the opening of 22 to 30 Renner BR stores, 23 to 25 Youcom stores and about 5 Camicado stores. The Reference Form will be resubmitted in due course.
