In the past week (September 28 to October 2, 2026), AMBP3, CVCB3, SANB11, PMAM3 and BEEF3 were among the biggest losers on B3, with Ambipar (AMBP3) standing out after dropping 45.00% to R$ 0.11, in a week when the company reported progress in the transition of its Chapter 11 process to Chapter 15 in the US.
Among the other losses in the period, Paranapanema (PMAM3) fell 4.76% to R$ 0.40, while informing the market of a conversion price of R$ 0.32 per share, the settlement of R$ 4.27 billion in debt, a capital increase of R$ 750 thousand and the ratification of an issuance of R$ 110 million in debentures. Minerva (BEEF3) slipped 3.24% to R$ 3.88 in the same week it announced potential access for beef produced in northern Argentina to the Japanese market, and Embraer (EMBJ3) fell 2.18% to R$ 98.25 after disclosing the delivery of 66 aircraft in the third quarter of 2026.
Other notable declines included Tenda (TEND3), with a negative variation of 1.40% to R$ 28.12, in a week when the board approved the repurchase of up to 5 million shares and the company recorded R$ 214.3 million receivable under the Pode Entrar program, in addition to reporting that Polo Capital reached a 20% stake in the homebuilder. CSN Mineração (CMIN3) slipped 1.58% to R$ 4.97 after revising its production and cost guidance for 2026, while Marfrig (MBRF3) ended the week down 1.28% at R$ 16.98 after announcing a tender offer to repurchase US$ 467.5 million in notes and, subsequently, the cancellation of the offer to repurchase bonds maturing in 2029.
