On Tuesday, September 29, 2026, Paranapanema (PMAM3), which is under court-supervised reorganization, approved a capital increase of R$ 750,000 through the issuance of 5,000,000 new book-entry, no-par-value common shares, resulting from the partial conversion of debentures from the 8th issue into shares, pursuant to the terms of the indenture for that issue.

With the increase, Paranapanema’s share capital rose to R$ 2,369,259,519.65, divided into 372,794,953 book-entry, no-par-value common shares.

The conversion price applied in the transaction was R$ 0.15 per share, set in accordance with the methodology provided for in Clause 6.11 of the Indenture of the 8th Debenture Issue. The new shares will be fully entitled to dividends, interest on equity, bonuses and other forms of equity compensation that may be declared from the date the capital increase is ratified.
