In the 12:10 p.m. update this Wednesday, the Ibovespa was up 0.21% at 187,811.61 points, maintaining a positive performance compared with the last reading of this session. Among the stocks with the biggest intraday swings, Recrusul (RCSL4) was up 10.00% at R$ 0.33, while Paranapanema (PMAM3) was down 5.26% at R$ 0.36.
Since the last publication, RCSL4 has extended its gains: previously up 6.67%, it moved to an advance of 10.00%, remaining the session’s top gainer so far. Other standout gainers included Movida (MOVI3), up 4.15% at R$ 8.79; JSL (JSLG3), up 3.92% at R$ 6.62; Gafisa (GFSA3), quoted at R$ 0.27, up 3.85%; and Magazine Luiza (MGLU3), which advanced 3.39% to R$ 6.10.
On the downside, Paranapanema (PMAM3) remained the biggest loser, retreating 5.26% to R$ 0.36, the same move seen in the last reading of this session. Casas Bahia (BHIA3) fell 5.05% to R$ 0.94; Pague Menos (PGMN3) retreated 4.94% to R$ 3.85; Espaçolaser (ESPA3) dropped 4.14% to R$ 6.95; and Oncoclínicas (ONCO3) retreated 4.13% to R$ 1.16.
Among the listed companies, Movida (MOVI3) recently had the announcement of an AA+.br rating on a R$ 1.3 billion offering of simple debentures of the 29th series, while Casas Bahia (BHIA3) recently released a plan to bring its share price back into compliance with the minimum price requirement and details on private commercial note issuances, as well as clarifications on a R$ 1.2 billion position in an FIDC (Receivables Investment Fund). Over the same period, Espaçolaser (ESPA3) reported the departure of a statutory officer and Oncoclínicas (ONCO3) announced the completion of the sale of Medsir, eliminating obligations tied to the transaction.
