In the first few minutes of Wednesday’s session, the Ibovespa was up 0.30% at 187,980.53 points, while Recrusul (RCSL4) climbed 6.67% to R$ 0.32 and Paranapanema (PMAM3) fell 5.26% to R$ 0.36, ranking as the biggest intraday gainer and loser on B3, respectively. Among the stocks already mentioned in this session, Anima Educação (ANIM3), which had started the day up 1.7%, remained on investors’ radar.
On the positive side, in addition to Recrusul (RCSL4), Taurus (TASA4) posted a 6.28% gain, quoted at R$ 8.63. Movida (MOVI3) also stood out, with a 5.09% advance to R$ 8.87, after recently obtaining an AA+.br rating on a R$ 1.3 billion simple debenture offering. Magazine Luiza (MGLU3) rose 4.92%, trading at R$ 6.19, while Azevedo & Travassos (AZEV3) gained 3.89% to R$ 7.48 after the company announced in recent days the sale of an asset for R$ 21 million.
Among the biggest decliners, Paranapanema (PMAM3) led the losses, falling 5.26% to R$ 0.36. Next, Pague Menos (PGMN3) retreated 3.21%, trading at R$ 3.92. Casas Bahia (BHIA3), which recently announced changes in its executive board and committees, as well as raising R$ 368.2 million in commercial notes and a plan to maintain the minimum share price, slipped 3.03% to R$ 0.96. LOG-IN Logística Intermodal (LOGN3) fell 3.00% to R$ 26.15, while Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional (CSNA3) traded down 2.55% at R$ 6.12.
With these moves, B3’s morning session showed the Ibovespa slightly higher, with notable standouts both among the biggest gainers, such as RCSL4 and TASA4, and among the biggest losers, such as PMAM3 and BHIA3, maintaining sector volatility throughout the intraday session.
