In Tuesday’s intraday session, the Ibovespa was up 0.29%, at 187,125.50 points, moving differently from what was seen earlier in the session. Among the most volatile stocks, Casas Bahia (BHIA3) remained at the top of the gainers, quoted at R$ 0.99, up 10.00%, while Taurus (TASA4) was on the opposite end, at R$ 7.90, down 13.09%.
Following in the ranking of the session’s biggest gainers, LWSA (LWSA3) was trading at R$ 4.16, up 4.26%. Gafisa (GFSA3) was at R$ 0.26, an increase of 4.00%, and Alpargatas (ALPA4) was trading at R$ 13.69, up 3.87%. Among consumer and healthcare stocks, Hypera (HYPE3) was at R$ 24.91, up 3.28%, making up the group of positive highlights on B3 at this moment.
On the downside, in addition to Taurus (TASA4), Paranapanema (PMAM3) was among the biggest losers, quoted at R$ 0.38, a drop of 7.32%. Azevedo & Travassos (AZEV3) was trading at R$ 7.56, down 6.67%, while Oncoclínicas (ONCO3) was at R$ 1.24, a decline of 5.34%. Dotz (DOTZ3) rounded out the list of the five biggest declines, at R$ 11.23, down 5.15%.
Compared with earlier updates in this session, BHIA3 gave back part of the gains seen in the middle of the trading day, when it had touched R$ 1.02 (+13.33%), but it remained among the main positive highlights, holding at R$ 0.99 with a 10.00% gain. TASA4, in turn, deepened its loss compared with some earlier moments in the session, remaining the biggest decliner, now at R$ 7.90, down 13.09%. The Ibovespa, which had been in negative territory for much of the day, moved into slight positive territory, posting a 0.29% gain in the intraday session.
