Bradsaúde (SAUD3) approved, at a board of directors’ meeting held on September 21, 2026, the distribution of interest on equity (JCP, juros sobre capital próprio) for the 2026 fiscal year, in the gross amount of R$ 0.0855148860 per share, totaling R$ 250,000,000. Shareholders holding shares on September 24, 2026 will be entitled to the JCP.
The amount of interest on equity is subject to withholding income tax at a rate of 17.5%, except for shareholders who are demonstrably exempt or immune, or domiciled in countries with different rates. Considering the standard rate, the net amount is R$ 206,250,000, corresponding to R$ 0.0705497810 per share. On the date of the announcement, the company held 732,100 shares in treasury.
Bradsaúde will record the interest on equity credits on September 30, 2026, and payment to shareholders is scheduled for February 26, 2027. The shares will trade ex-rights to the JCP as of September 25, 2026, inclusive.
Shareholders will have the amounts credited according to the bank account information registered with Banco Bradesco S.A., the bookkeeping agent for the company’s shares. Those with incomplete registration, without a CPF or CNPJ, or without banking details, will receive the credits from the third business day after updating their records at a Bradesco branch.
For shareholders with shares deposited at B3, payment of interest on equity will be transferred through their respective custodian agents. The net amounts will be imputed to the mandatory dividends for the 2026 fiscal year.
