Porto Seguro (PSSA3) approved, at a board of directors’ meeting held on Friday, September 18, 2026, the declaration of interest on equity (JCP, Juros sobre Capital Próprio) for the third quarter of 2026, in the total gross amount of R$ 333,430,000, equivalent to an estimated gross amount of R$ 0.52065720703 per share, considering the treasury shares on the date of the announcement.
The total net amount of the JCP is R$ 275,350,918.84, corresponding to R$ 0.42996563103 per share, after withholding 17.5% Income Tax at source, except for shareholders that are immune, exempt or subject to a differentiated tax regime. The amounts will be credited against the mandatory minimum dividend for the 2026 fiscal year.
Shareholders holding shares registered with the company at the close of September 23, 2026 will be entitled to the JCP, on which date the accounting credit will be made in net amounts. As of September 24, 2026, inclusive, Porto Seguro shares will be traded without rights to the announced JCP.
The company reported that the per-share amount is estimated and may change up to the shareholder record date, due to transactions under the share buyback program. In the event of any change, Porto Seguro will disclose the new amount to the market. Payment of the JCP will be made by April 30, 2027, on a specific date to be set by management and approved at the 2027 annual shareholders’ meeting.
