Orizon Valorização de Resíduos S.A. (ORVR3) reported that, in 2026, S&P Global reaffirmed the company’s corporate rating at ‘brAA+’ on the Brazil National Scale and revised the outlook from negative to stable. The decision covers OrizonVR and its subsidiaries.

The rating agency also reaffirmed the ratings on the company’s and its subsidiaries’ issues and assigned a ‘brAA+’ rating to the 4th debenture issue (debt securities issued by companies) of Vital Engenharia, a subsidiary of the group.

According to S&P, the rating reflects OrizonVR’s controlled leverage and what it considers “robust” liquidity. The agency also highlighted that the group should benefit from the predictability of the final disposal and energy transition segments, supported by long-term contracts.
